Refund and Cancellation Policy


Return and Cancellation Policy – AstroSutraa

At AstroSutraa, we strive to offer a seamless and satisfactory user experience across all our offerings. Please read our Return and Cancellation Policy carefully before availing any service or making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

All refunds will only be credited to the user’s AstroSutraa Wallet.

No refund shall be made to any bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or any third-party payment mode.

All sales made on the AstroSutraa App or Website are final.

By raising a refund request, the user agrees to allow the AstroSutraa Quality Audit Team access to the consultation recording or relevant transaction history to determine the legitimacy of the request.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds to the AstroSutraa Wallet will be entertained under the following scenarios, after approval by the Audit Team:

  • Poor quality of service due to:
    • Call/chat/video dropouts caused by network issues.
    • Background disturbances or the astrologer being inaudible.
    • Astrologer failing to communicate fluently in the language mentioned on their profile.
    • Astrologer taking an excessively long time to respond.
    • Astrologer giving irrelevant or inappropriate responses.

⚠️ Note: Refunds will not be processed for dissatisfaction with accuracy or outcome of the prediction, as astrology is subjective and interpretative in nature.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of availing the service.
  • Users must submit the request via the app/web, citing the exact issue experienced.
  • The AstroSutraa Quality Audit Team will assess the request and respond within 24 hours.
  • The Audit Team’s decision is final and binding.

4. Product Returns – Physical Goods (Gemstones, Rudrakshas, Crystals, etc.)

Once delivered, products are not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • The product is materially different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong category, size, or quantity).

Note: Due to the natural and unique characteristics of products like gemstones, rudrakshas, and crystals, variations in color, texture, size, and appearance may occur and should not be considered as defects or incorrect products. Product images shown on the website/app are for reference purposes only.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with clear images and unboxing video as evidence.
  • If approved, users will receive a credit in their AstroSutraa Wallet for the order amount (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).
  • Returned products must be unused, original, and sealed with all original packaging.

5. Astro Services (Puja, Healing, Vastu, etc.)

Bookings for digital services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

In the event of non-delivery or technical failure, users may raise a refund request within 24 hours, which will be subject to approval by the Audit Team.

6. Subscription Services

Subscriptions are managed directly by Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Users must cancel or manage their subscriptions through their respective store accounts.

AstroSutraa does not process refunds for subscriptions. Users are advised to review the app store policies before subscribing.

8. Policy Revisions

AstroSutraa reserves the right to revise this policy at its sole discretion. Any updates will be posted on the official website and app. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated policy.


Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment, subject to courier company/post office norms. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.

If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is not refundable.
