Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy – AstroSutraa

At AstroSutraa, we are committed to delivering a smooth, transparent, and satisfactory experience across all our services and products. This policy explains our terms for returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping. By availing our services or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.


1. General Refund Policy

  • All refunds will be credited only to the user’s AstroSutraa Wallet.

  • No refunds will be made to bank accounts, credit/debit cards, UPI, or any third-party payment modes.

  • All sales made on the AstroSutraa App or Website are final.

  • By raising a refund request, the user grants AstroSutraa Quality Audit Team access to consultation recordings and/or transaction history to determine the legitimacy of the request.


2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds to the AstroSutraa Wallet will be entertained only under the following conditions, after Audit Team approval:

  • Poor Quality of Service, such as:

    • Call/chat/video dropouts caused by network issues.

    • Significant background disturbances or inaudible astrologer.

    • Astrologer not fluent in the language mentioned in their profile.

    • Excessive delays in response from the astrologer.

    • Irrelevant or inappropriate responses from the astrologer.

Important Note: Refunds will not be processed for dissatisfaction with the accuracy or outcome of predictions, as astrology is subjective and interpretative in nature.


3. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of availing the service.

  • Users must submit the request via the app/website, clearly stating the issue.

  • The AstroSutraa Quality Audit Team will assess and respond within 24 hours.

  • The Audit Team’s decision will be final and binding.


4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Method: All approved refunds will be credited exclusively to the user’s AstroSutraa Wallet.

  • Processing Time:

    • Once approved by the Audit Team, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

    • The refund amount will be visible in the user’s AstroSutraa Wallet within 7 business working days from approval.

  • Usage: Wallet credits can be used for any future AstroSutraa service or product purchase. Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.


5. Product Returns – Physical Goods

(Rudrakshas, Crystals, etc.)

Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Product is materially different from the order (wrong category, size, or quantity).

Please Note:

  • Natural variations in color, texture, size, or appearance of products like Rudrakshas and Crystals are normal and not considered defects.

  • Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary.

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with clear images and an unboxing video as evidence.

  • Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • If approved, a credit will be issued to the AstroSutraa Wallet for the order amount (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).


6. Astro Services

(Puja, Healing, Vastu, etc.)

  • Bookings for digital astro services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

  • In case of non-delivery or technical failure, a refund request may be raised within 24 hours, subject to Audit Team approval.


7. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

  • Dispatch time: 3 to 7 days from order/payment date, or as per agreed delivery time at order confirmation.

  • Delivery time: 7–12 days, subject to courier/postal norms.

  • The delivery address will be as provided by the buyer at purchase.

  • Delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • AstroSutraa will not be liable for delays caused by courier/postal services.
